I can coordinate the practical work that happens before you arrive, during your first days in Mérida and after you receive the keys. Because every property and request is different, additional services are quoted according to the actual location, time and scope—not assigned one artificial universal price.

1. MÉRIDA RELOCATION TOUR
USD $300
A high-level orientation and neighborhood scouting trip designed to help you understand Mérida’s layout and lifestyle before you commit to a property.
- Guided neighborhood tours (Centro, North, and emerging areas)
- Visit to local grocery stores, hospitals, and amenities
- Q&A session regarding local life, safety, and logistics
Limited to 4 hours of active touring; transportation included for up to 2 guests.
2. PROPERTY HANDOVER & KEY COLLECTION
If you cannot be present when your rental or purchase closes, I act as your local representative to formally receive the property.

- Estimated time required for the walk-through and signature
- Multiple properties or single location
Quotes for this service are provided per property event. Representative role is logistical only and does not constitute legal title representation.
3. INITIAL HOUSE CONDITION DOCUMENTATION
A detailed visual audit of the property’s visible condition to protect your security deposit or ensure the builder has met delivery standards.

- Square footage of the property
- Number of rooms and bathrooms
- Requirement for video vs. static photo documentation

4. UTILITY & WI-FI COORDINATION
Ensuring your home is functional before you arrive. I coordinate with local providers to ensure services are active.

Provider fees are paid directly by the client. Quotes cover wait times and access coordination only.
5. DELIVERY RECEIVING & MANAGEMENT
Managing the arrival of appliances, furniture, or household goods while you are out of the country.

- Volume of deliveries expected
- Requirement for unpacking vs. placement only
- On-site supervision time
Liability for damaged goods remains with the freight carrier. I provide visual verification at the time of arrival.
6. VENDOR SOURCING & COORDINATION
Connecting you with trusted local painters, cleaners, gardeners, or pool technicians to prepare your home.

7. GROCERY & ESSENTIAL STOCKING
Arriving at night? I ensure your kitchen and home are stocked with basic essentials so you don’t have to hunt for food or water on your first night.

- Number of retail locations visited
- Volume of perishables vs. staples
Retail receipts are reimbursed by the client. Quote covers shopping and stocking logistics only.
8. AIRPORT TRANSFER COORDINATION
Arranging reliable, vetted transportation for you, your family, or your pets from MID (Mérida) or CUN (Cancun) airports.

- Arrival city and destination neighborhood

9. POST-ARRIVAL SETTLING-IN SUPPORT
A one-week “lifeline” to answer specific local questions about bank accounts, hospital registrations, or finding specific service providers during your first days.

Support is provided via WhatsApp/Phone during business hours. In-person accompaniment is a separate scoped service.

Custom Management proposals are tailored based on the full scope of property requirements and client move-in dates. Final price is fixed once the proposal is signed.

Except for the fixed-price Relocation Tour, all services are quoted individually based on the complexity, time, and specific coordination required for your situation. My goal is to ensure you pay for exactly what you need without paying for administrative overhead you don’t require.
