First: yes, I am your real estate advisor.
I don't help you understand Mérida and then send you somewhere else when you're ready to find a home.
I'm an AMPI-certified real estate advisor with Base Cúbica Inmobiliaria, and I personally work with clients looking to rent or buy in Mérida.
So if we start with a relocation consultation or tour and you decide you're ready to move forward, we can continue into your property search together.

YOUR REAL ESTATE RELATIONSHIP
When we work together to rent or buy, our professional relationship and my responsibilities as your real-estate advisor are established clearly in writing. I work with you personally throughout your search—I do not refer you to outside agents, unless I truly can't help you with your search for any reason.Â
If you're looking to rent or buy in Mérida, there is no direct agent fee charged to you by me for my real estate representation.
ADDITIONAL HELP IS DEFINED SEPARATELY
Some clients require help outside the standard real estate scope. This includes tasks such as Coordinating Internet Installation, Furniture Sourcing, Painters, Cleaning, Vendor Coordination, Deliveries, and Pre-arrival Home Setup.
If requested work falls outside real estate responsibilities, we will first agree on the scope and fee through a separate service agreement. A 50% deposit is required before I begin the agreed additional work.
Your real estate representation and additional relocation services are separate. You always know what is included before we begin.

Relocating can feel complicated, and you should never have to wonder what’s included, who is responsible, or what happens next. Clearly defined services protect both of us while allowing me to stay highly involved in your move. I want to be the person you can turn to throughout your journey—not because everything is automatically my responsibility, but because when you need additional help, we can clearly define how I can support you.
